Holloway Road is a landmark sustainable student housing scheme in Islington for Unite. Providing accommodation for 125 students with retail space on the ground floor, the striking design along with the landscape improvements at street level contribute to the regeneration of this section of the A1.

Holloway Road makes efficient reuse of a former office building, extending the premises with a dynamic curved design that celebrates the prominent corner position and welcomes residents. A pattern of generous full-height coloured windows, meanwhile, introduce a sense of playfulness to the residence, ensuring a light and bright arrangement of study beds and living room-kitchens within.
